Welcome to Dev Desk Queue

Dev Desk Queue is an issue ticket software designed to make getting problems solved as quickly as possible. Simply register, and you will be able to create tickets for any issue that you may encounter during your courses at Lambda School. From there, your ticket will be claimed by any of a number of administrators monitoring the site for tickets to which they can be of service. Once they have solved the problem they will mark the ticket as complete, giving you confirmation that someone has not only made note of your issue, but resolved it.

With a simple and intuitive interface, it has never been easier to get your issues resolved in an acceptable amount of time. If something is wrong with any of the software you use every day, post a ticket about it to Dev Desk Queue. If you have a suggestions about how to improve the experience here at Lambda School, post a ticket! One of your instructors or PMs will claim your ticket and fix it as soon as possible. With Dev Desk Queue, you can make issues much more visible to the people who can do something about it.

With Dev Desk Queue, not only will your issues be resolved faster, but it will be much easier to keep track of when they do! Not only will you be able to see when an administrator has claimed your ticket, but you will be able to see when they have deemed it resolved as well.
